Is anger Good or Bad?
Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings or motivate you to find solutions to problems. Sometimes being angry is normal But excessive anger can cause problems.

- Once you are calm and thinking clearly, then express your anger or frustration in an assertive way.
- get some exercise and do some physical activity to reduce stress which was the reason of your anger.
- don’t hold grudges against other people and try to forgive others.
- use humour to release tension.
- practice relaxation skills
- take a timeout, give yourselves little breaks to relax yourself and after few quiet moments, you will feel better.
