Which one is better? and which one should we consider?

Some people find medicine more reliable and some people consider therapy but the question is, which one works more effective?

Physical and mental health problems can be treated by medicines and therapy. There are some health problems that require both treatments: therapy and medicine.

It is observed that talk therapy cannot treat every health related problems. In some cases, therapy work better than medication. A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association involving 321 adults found that a combination treatment of psychotherapy and medication worked better than either option individually.

One factor that is important to consider is timing. In general, medications make effect faster and have stronger effects. However, therapy has long lasting effects. So, both are effective in their own way.

So, the conclusion is that most people choose based on what is most appealing to them personally and what best fits their circumstances. People should consider what works for them and what they like best. People should try both at some point as it will improve their self knowledge and take them further along their path of recovery.
